The loft, enclosed except for the stairwell area, includes 2 sets of bunk beds (each bottom bunk is a full) and 1 twin bed. All bedrooms have a TV, and each bathroom features heated tile floors. The living room includes a gas fireplace for cozy evenings. The kitchen and bathrooms feature granite countertops, with stainless steel appliances and upgraded cherry wood cabinets in the kitchen. Wireless internet is provided. This three-level townhome is accessed via an enclosed mudroom. The first floor houses the two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the second floor contains the living room, kitchen, and dining area, and the third floor is the loft with the third full bathroom located off the stairwell halfway up. Two outdoor parking spaces are included. Guests have access to Chamonix amenities, including a recreation room with a large-screen TV, reading area, ping pong, and foosball, as well as a sauna, hydro spas, seasonal/summer swimming pool, and summer BBQ area. (2 vehicles maximum) Other things to note Unit Pricing includes 13% Local Tax & 1% Local Assessment Your cleaning fee also covers the Town of Mammoth Lakes Occupancy tax that we need to pay the town for your reservation. The TOT in Mammoth covers important services such as snow removal, trash pickup, free transportation, road maintenance, public safety (police funding), parks maintenance, trails (helps to create and maintain walking, hiking and biking trails), Mammoth Lakes marketing, etc. The cleaning fee is also used to cover the costs of laundry service, housekeeping, and cleaning supplies for the unit.
