Sleeps up to 8. Primary bedroom has 1 queen bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, the loft has 2 sets of bunk-beds & 1 twin bed. Both bottom bunks are fulls. All bedrooms have a TV and each bathroom has heated tile floors. The living room has a gas fireplace. Granite counter tops in kitchen & baths. Stainless steel appliances in kitchen & upgraded cherry wood cabinets. Wireless internet in the unit.The unit is 3 levels -- you enter from an enclosed mudroom. The two bedrooms & 2 full baths are located on the first floor, the second floor is the living room, kitchen, dining room and the third floor is the loft. The third full bath is located off the stairwell halfway up to the loft and the loft is enclosed except for the stairwell area. The TOT in Mammoth covers important services such as snow removal, trash pickup, free transportation, road maintenance, public safety (police funding), parks maintenance, trails (helps to create and maintain walking, hiking and biking trails), Mammoth Lakes marketing, etc. The cleaning fee is also used to cover the costs of laundry service, housekeeping, and cleaning supplies for the unit.
