potomac overlook log cabin at Smoke hole with wifi

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining. The space Our cabin sits along RT 220 also known now as Petersburg Pike 2/10th a mile from the entrance to the Smoke Hole canyon where you amy hike, fish and travel through the canyon and enjoy the beauty of the South Branch River, Eagle Rock, May fish in the catch and release area for fun only. If you want to keep your fish be sure not to fish in the designated area. The Reeds Creek Rd is another road just 1/2 mile that is a great road to walk with dog or just hike yourself, this road 5 mile in is where the Reeds Creek fish hatchery is located, nice to visit while in the area. At the cabin we do have a fire pit weather permitting to enjoy while talking and star gazing with friend and family. Guest access You may enjoy our cabin and the surrounding grounds. The river is in walking distance where you may walk a short distance on main road and then walk graveled road to the river if you wish to do this instead of driving in the canyon however all is beautiful here. Other things to note There is electric stove in kitchen where in case there would be a power outage for any length of time you would have to cook on the gas grill on the porch and we do have a small generator to run lights etc for you. We do have public water here at this cabin so you should have water at all times. A gas fireplace is in the living room that will heat the entire cabin if doors are open to all rooms.
