Come enjoy our heated pool with waterfalls and a baja lounging step. Or challenge your family to a putting competition on our putting green. You will never want to leave. With parks and hiking within walking distance. Spring training and Nascar with in minutes of the house. We have everything you need. The space Our home is located in a super strict HOA. No parties of any kind are allowed. We do not book groups of adults. If there is ongoing loud music or yelling and screaming the neighbors will call the police. Please be respectful to the neighbors as they live there full time and are not on vacation. Baja loungers are removed and not available during the winter when pool covers are on. Guest access whole house Other things to note You must be 30 years old to rent. maximum of 5 adults & 3-4 children No parties of any kind. 2 cars maximum. No overnight street parking. Gas charge for pool heat, firepit and BBQ From Oct-May i$35/night and June-Sept. $25/night. Pool covers MUST be put on at night to help retain heat, help with water evaporation and balancing the chemicals. No smoking on the premises No pets of any kind on the premises due to owners' allergies Bunk beds are for the kids to sleep in. Top bunk does have a weight limit.
