Our Luxury Villa is located on the beautiful community of Terra Verde. This 6 bedroom 4.5 bathroom family home is fully air-conditioned, central heated, private pool and spa, extended covered lanai, sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. Located within 10 -15 minutes drive to the best attractions in Orlando. Free Wireless Internet. We count with Smart TV, Netflix and Alexa's around the house. Movies, the garage is now a game room, pool table, air jockey, etc... Cleaning fee $190.00 per stay. The space The pool and spa heater will have an extra charge of $200.00 per week, $100.00 per stay if less than 5 days Gas BBQ grill available for $85.00 per week. You have 3 Alexa's, one at the master bedroom ground floor, one at the kitchen and one at the game room (garage). You can play music all over the house. The TV at the family room next to the kitchen have our Netflix account so you can enjoy moves for all family members. Other things to note If you request the pool heated, will have an extra charge of $200.00 per week.
