Parking There are five assigned parking space two in the garage three marked spaces directly across from the garage. Do not park in spaces in the rear of the property. Large pickup trucks and commercial vehicles are prohibited. Early Check In – There is a $75 fee for each hour checked in prior to normal check in time at 4 PM. We can only allow early check-in based on the readiness of the property reported by the cleaning crew. Payment must be made prior to arrival. Late Check Out – There is a $75 fee for each hour checked out past the normal checkout time of 11 AM. Please request a late check out from your host as it is not always available. Make sure to communicate your request prior to 11 AM. Parking – Guests are hereby notified that we have parking for four cars only. No exceptions. Please make necessary plans before your arrival at the property for additional parking If your number of cars exceeds four. Please follow these rules for check out. 1. Remove all dirty linen and towels and place them in the utility room on top of the washer and dryer. 2. Do not leave any dishes in the sink, ensure they are all washed. 3. Remove any trash from the home in place in the larger trash cans outside. 4. When applicable, please leave garage opener on the kitchen counter. 5. Any additional tiding as you see necessary. Enchanted only- As described in this posting, you are renting the main house only which consists of 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom, great room, formal dining, formal dining, triple deck, and two car garage. The ground floor is completely separate and not included. Guest access The 5 bedroom/5.5 bath represents the main house only. The ground level is completely separate without access to the main house and is not included. The main level consists of the following 5 bedrooms/ 5.5 baths, great room, formal and informal dining rooms, 2 car garage, office, washroom with washer and dryer, and triple deck. The home has three entry points, the main front door, the door from garage to kitchen, and door from deck into office. This is a large property. Parking: We have limited parking space. We will provide 4 parking spaces. Two in the garage and two in the rare parking area. If you have more than 4 cars, you must make alternative parking arrangements for additional cars. If you have any question or concerns please message the host prior to booking this property for clarification.
