As 30-time Superhosts-we welcome you to the Central Coast! Clean, comfortable coastal glamping in the countryside. Enjoy the Central Coast at a low price but with plenty of space in this 29 foot-long RV/trailer home. Country living neighborhood with plenty of eucalyptus trees, birds and various other wildlife nearby. Hosts are on the same property about 30 yards away and can make sure you enjoy your stay and answer any questions you might have but make sure to respect your privacy. The space If getting a good, comfortable, quiet night's sleep is important to you...but so is saving money, you found the perfect place. This 29' sparkling clean and spacious trailer is ready for you to come relax and unwind. Comfortable queen-sized bed (with added foam topper), privacy shades, & peaceful country setting to ensure you get a wonderful night's sleep; and make some memories while you're here. Private patio with bistro set and bbq, grassy area with flowers, lend itself to rest and relaxation as you listen to the birds and the sounds of the country. When you're ready to play we're just a 15 minute drive to Pismo Beach and just a 5 minute drive to 3 golf courses and great hiking trails. Movies, board games and lawn games provided for a fun time to make memories. Entire home is sanitized after every visit; including door handles, remotes, and all surfaces. We have been Superhosts 6 times and have wonderful reviews about the thoughtful touches throughout our property. Wifi and Spectrum Smart TV with apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Etc. for you to log into your accounts- or just watch TV Storage room outside hosts Cornhole and bocci ball and there is also a dart board all ready to go, for your family to enjoy. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you'll need for cooking and coffee bar fully stocked with all the fixin's. PETS: I'm sorry we do not allow pets, but we have another listing nearby that does! SMOKING: If you plan to smoke at this property (including weed)- this is not the place for you. We will smell it and there will be additional $100 cleaning fee if we do. To keep the place as clean and fresh for all guests, we ask you to please look elsewhere if you plan to smoke or vape. Thank you. House Rules: No smoking and no parties. Quiet hours: Before 9AM and after 10PM out of respect for our neighbors. Guest access Please park directly behind the RV- on the gravel. Other things to note We have a strict no smoking policy. ABSOLUTELY no smoking inside or on the property. This includes vape and marijuana. We have had too many instances of stained sheets from vape liquids, as well as smoke/marijuana smells lingering in the home from even those smoking only outside. Thank you for your understanding.
