A relaxing living room with a little wine bar, 65 inch TV with Netflix. A comfortable sofa and a lovely love seat. A desk with charging station for work. Two full modern bathrooms with showers, fresh bath towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, q-tips, hair dryers are ready for a relaxing shower. A decorated dining table set for gatherings. The house is located in a urban environment neighborhood and just minutes from many attraction places of the heart of San Jose Downtown. There is normal street traffic where you can hear cars and see people pass by sometimes. To experience an excitements of Silicon Valley you could find gourmet American food, delicious Italian pasta, tasty Mexican burritos, popular Vietnamese Pho or generations of Chinese Noodles house are short drive from the house, that are part of the charm of San Jose. There is a cottage that is not part of your rental and it is totally separated from the main house with separate fenced. There are exterior security cameras and ring doorbell outside the property. No cameras indoors.
