You’ll love my place because of the seclusion, the ambiance, and the outdoor space. It is great for couples and families. Most guests never leave the property because it offers so many activities and so much to do! The property comfortably sleeps and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Inasmuch as you may wish to invite friends and family over for larger gatherings during the day, this is not permitted. Parties and events are not allowed. The space The game room and bar will keep you busy all weekend with pinball, pool, poker table, shuffleboard, darts and video games. And outdoors there is ping-pong, basketball, horseshoes, volleyball, trampoline, wiffle-ball, swimming, jacuzzi, fire pit, hammocks and more! There are over 20 TVs throughout the house, both indoor and outdoor and the sound system is top notch. The kitchen is well-stocked and has a Viking range. There are 6 separate bedrooms with king or queen beds and 4 separate bathrooms. The front yard is huge and the rock pool and backyard have a tropical setting. A great property for adults, but your kids are also welcome! Please do not invite guests for the day, as 12 people is the max at any one time. (There is a security camera in the front to keep track of all who enter and exit). We allow pets, but they require an extra fee. The home is quite secluded with lots of privacy and most guests don’t even leave the property all weekend! It is truly a great experience and a lot of fun. Guest access We have an excellent cleaning crew who is very diligent in their efforts to wipe down all surfaces and make the home as clean as safe as possible. As such our bookings continue to increase and we will not be offering any discounts. Other things to note We have had a few problems with guests inviting more than 12 people. As a way of discouraging this, we have since installed a camera in the front to verify how many guests are coming in and out of the property. Pool will not be heated. Most months the water will be warm enough to swim. Jacuzzi is available year-round.
