House is located in a nice neighborhood 5 mins from Walmart and super easy access to US69 highway that will take you about anywhere in KC metro are in 30 mins or less. We have multiple Airbnbs in the area - ask host for more info. Other things to note Please respect the privacy of our neighbors. No loud music or excessive noise between 10pm and 8am. No crazy parties or gatherings. If received complains from the neighbors or police the guests who violated the rules will be asked to vacate the house immediately without a refund.
