The space This old Tahoe Cabin is attached to our home, we are very quiet and private but definitely happy to answer any questions about the area if you would like information. We only refund if it is necessary for us to close our Airbnb due to unexpected circumstances. When you sign our Airbnb contract, you acknowledge you have a strict cancellation policy. COVID: If we are forced to shut our rental due to the COVID outbreak, we will be refunding your stay. We suggests you pay for travel insurance: InsureMyTrip and Squaremouth and recommended by airbnb. DATE CHANGES: All changes made between 7 to 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% fee.
