There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. There is a television in the living room, master bedroom and one other bedroom. The kitchen has been upgraded with new GE Cafe appliances. Comes with Air Fry in the oven and microwave. Fridge with built in ice maker. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled with Kohler products. The master bathroom has a beautiful tiled walk in shower with dual shower heads. There are televisions in all 3 bedrooms and in the Living room. The back patio has a propane grill and charcoal grill. Propane is provided but charcoal and other supplies are not. I do my best to make sure the grills are clean but you may have to brush the grates and empty the charcoal dust yourself. Tesla charger available in garage. Guest access Self Check in with keypad The pool and spa do not have a security gate to keep children from entering so please keep an eye on them. Pool depth markers are posted around the perimeter of the pool. A safety flotation device is available and clearly marked. Other things to note 11AM sharp checkout time strictly enforced without prior permission from the owner. NO illegal drugs on the property whatsoever. Optional Pool heating is $90/day two day minimum.
