MnC’s Modern n Centrally located San Gabriel Home

Newly remodeled, modern, clean, centrally located stand alone home featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 1 bathroom on a private lot in San Gabriel. When booking, please confirm you agree to our house rules of no smoking, parties and no additional guests. Violation will forfeit your deposit. We do not host locals due to issues we have encountered previously and we only host guests with positive previous reviews. The space This home has two bedrooms with a queen bed, TV and desk in each. A fully remodeled bathroom with a bath tub/shower. A fully stocked kitchen. The home also has a nice front and back yard with a side patio for relaxing outside. There is parking on the driveway for two cars. Please note that there is no laundry amenity at the property. The washer and dryer is not available for guest use. Guest access This is a private home where you will have complete privacy to the entire house except for the garage which is used for storage. There is parking available in the driveway for two cars. Please note there is no overnight parking permitted on the street without a permit. Other things to note We have an agreed policy with our neighbors that we do not host guests from the local San Gabriel community that are unverified and has no previous host recommendations. We have had very bad experiences in the past impacting our neighbors that have caused us to set this policy. Hosting out of town guests of locals are welcomed. We also only host guests with positive previous reviews. When booking, please confirm you agree to our house rules of no smoking, no parties and no additional guests. We also don’t allow hosting of events and film productions. Violation of our house rules will forfeit your deposit. If no confirmation is provided, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. We also reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we feel uncomfortable regarding your booking. Please note the nightly price is based upon up to 2 people. After that, an extra $20 per person, per night is automatically added to the price you see during booking. Please note the house can accommodate a maximum 4 people total. There is parking available in the driveway for two cars. Please note there is no overnight parking permitted on the street without a permit. The house does not have cable TV but the TV does have access to Roku and Netflix using your own account. Please note that there is no laundry amenity at the property. The washer and dryer is not available for guest use. Please be careful of falling palm tree leaves/branches for the next door property on windy days. Wednesdays are trash pick up day. We will drop by to pull out the trash bins on Tuesday evening. There is gardening services during the week on Wednesdays.
