Just minutes away from shopping, eating, Palo Duro Canyon State Park, TEXAS Outdoor Musical, West Texas A&M University, I-27 and more. The space 1480 sq ft of awesome open-concept living space. Master Suite features a King bed with attached ensuite with full garden tub, walk in shower, double sinks and double walk in closets, second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has a twin size hideaway bed with crib, desk workspace with a full bathroom between. Access to full 2 car garage, back yard with patio furniture to enjoy and located on a street with direct access to South Loop 335 and easy access to I-27 and I-40 Guest access All areas of the home are accessible except one closet in the office/crib room that we use for housekeeping.
