Nearby attractions include Clark County Fairgrounds & Amphitheater, Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge, numerous wineries and Ilani Casino--all within minutes from this convenient location. Guest access Washer/dryer located on first level. Kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Basic spices and condiments, coffee and tea provided. Bathroom has all the necessities you need while away from home such as blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner, body soap and other essentials. Should you need an additional bed, a queen size air mattress bed is also provided. Other things to note There are steps (19) leading to the apartment. Not handicapped accessible. A second bathroom is available on first level. This is a common area. The apartment is located above a seldom used RV garage. On rare occasions, the sound of the garage door will be heard below. Our goal is to avoid opening it when there are guests over so as not to disturb their stay. In addition, for reservations exceeding 30 days or longer, a cleaning fee of $125 (from the normal rate of $85) will be charged.
