The studio has just received a fresh coat of paint, new accent chairs and a new bed. The bathroom is spacious, with a beautiful large walk in shower. You will sleep like a baby here at our oasis in the woods. The house sits back on a main road in a nice residential neighborhood. You will leave feeling refreshed. This studio has been lovingly updated. It is quite large with a queen bed, As you can see from the pictures there is a table for two and a small fridge,also a microwave, coffee maker, glassware, dishes and silverware. There are many windows..... with shades. There will be well water left in the fridge, no need to bring your own, our water is delicious. This property sits on 4 acres and is also surrounded by national forest and is close to the VAST trails. In summer you can occasionally hear the songs of the owls. It is just so peaceful here. You will have all the privacy you need, you will never know we are here, we are a working, active couple. Should you have any questions, we are a call or text away. Our property is situated near the VAST snowmobile trails, also nice trails for walking and snowshoeing. This home has been lovingly built by us and you will find it homey and relaxing. (May be able to accomodate a single night stay midweek, non holiday upon request) Our house is in a peaceful setting located in a safe residential neighborhood just 2 miles from route 100 and a 10 minute drive to Mt Snow. Your studio has been lovingly kept up where we have had many guests come and truly enjoy the tranquil setting. Our home is completely surrounded by trees and and it is super quiet here. WE RESPECTFULLY ASK THAT YOU LEAVE PETS AT HOME. THIS RENTAL IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN OR BABIES. To reach our home it is necessary to have a car. MRT-10126712 (airbnb license #) During the winter snow tires and/or AWD is recommended for our driveway. We do have a parking area at the bottom of the driveway if your car may not make it up ....... which can only mean LOTS of snow ........................ : ) You are welcome to to park there overnight. We do have our driveway plowed and heavily sanded when necessary.
