Parking spaces available for two cars. Please note that there will be a 12% Transient Occupancy Tax collected for your reservation. This is in accordance with the City of South Lake Tahoe No parties, events or gatherings permitted. Must be 25 years of age to rent. Only guests on original reservation permitted. Quiet Hours are from 10pm - 10am. No smoking in the house. Please remove shoes inside the home. Pets are not permitted. Please do not park in the neighbors driveway and during the winter season vehicles parked on the street are subject to tickets and possible towing. *Because there are so many devices that connect to the internet, there can be connection issues from time to time. We cannot guarantee internet service due to weather, maintenance, general performance, outages by the internet provider, etc. No refunds will be given due to internet inaccessibility. Upon departure, place your dishes in the dish washer and please take your trash to the trash can. Late Check outs are subject to a $75 per 30 minutes past 11am. Upon departure guests must leave the heater ON, should be on 55 degrees. Lakeland Village has the best to offer! You private access to two pools, two hot tubs, private beach, kayak and standup paddle rentals, tennis courts on the lake, grills, and fire pits (great for s'mores!) close to surrounding area restaurants, casinos, grocery store, and additional attractions. We are also located less than 5 minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort and Stateline where the casinos are located such as Harris Lake Tahoe.
