We are located in a residential neighborhood with parking both on and off the property and close to desirable beaches and tourist destinations. PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED. This listing is for our home that we lovingly share with guests from all over the world, and we hope you will choose La Jolla, and our home, for your San Diego adventure. The garage, main driveway, and some closets are NOT available to guests. All rooms will have ample room to store clothes or hang clothes, but closets that are locked should not be tampered with. There is parking available for 2 vehicles on the smaller driveway located to the far right-hand side of the home. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street. The owner lives on the lot below the property. It is a separate property neighboring the home with her own driveway and completely fenced off. She is aware of when the home is rented, and does not disturb guests. She is available, however, if guests need assistance with something. This does not affect guests staying in the home or use of the gardens/pool area. Interaction with guests I provide self check-in and check-out instructions to guests. I have a busy travel schedule and am often not there to check guests in. If I am traveling, I always have a local contact or property manager who assists guests in my absence. Neighborhood ordinances do have rules about late night noise. Please note the house rules before booking to make sure you're comfortable with respecting the neighbors and their peaceful enjoyment of their own homes. Because of our lovely climate and gentle breezes off the ocean & canyon, the home does not have A/C but rather a "whole house fan" that can be utilized if the house does get warm. Thanks..
