Guest access Outdoor Areas and Pool The villa features a beautiful pool surrounded by a safety fence to protect the little ones. This fence also acts as a hedge to ensure family privacy. Around the pool, there is a large sun terrace and a well-maintained lawn, perfect for relaxing on one of the comfortable loungers. Additionally, umbrellas are available for those who prefer to stay out of the sun. The terrace next to the pool, with a modern dining table, offers shade and coolness throughout the day, making it the perfect spot to enjoy outdoor meals. Whether in the morning with the soft light of dawn or at night with the harbor lights reflecting on the water, this outdoor space promises unforgettable moments. Interior Spaces The villa, with a total area of 300 m² spread over two floors, offers spacious and bright interiors. On the ground floor, there is a large living-dining room facing the harbor, with a comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for family relaxation. The dining area, with an elegant table seating up to 8 people, is ideal for enjoying dinners with spectacular sea views, which can also be seen from the bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with individual beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and have air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. Two of them have en-suite bathrooms, while the others share a similarly comfortable and modern bathroom. All bathrooms are spacious and tastefully designed, ensuring a pleasant stay. Children's Area and Kitchen For families with children, Villa "Marilla" also has a recreation room specifically designed for the little ones, with child-sized furniture and an extra sofa for relaxing. This space is the perfect place for children to play and have fun. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for daily life, ensuring that guests can prepare their meals with ease. Other things to note ADDITIONAL NOTES - A few days before your arrival, you must contact the agency to communicate your arrival time and arrange key collection. - The day before your arrival, the reception office will contact you to coordinate the time and collection of the key. - Check-in: 16.00 - 00.00 p.m. - Check-out: 00.00 - 10.00 a.m. - If a late check-out is possible, whenever possible, contact the agency to arrange availability, cost and times. DEPOSIT On arrival, guests are required to pay a deposit of € 800.00 by credit card. It will be refunded within 7 days of check-out if the house is in the agreed condition. PRIOR REQUEST - Transfer service can be arranged with extra payment 72 hours in advance. - Cot and high chair free of charge. - Second cot and high chair € 10,00/day. - Extra bed if available: € 28,00/day. All additional payments to be paid to the agency on arrival. TOURIST TAX Since July 2016, the local authorities have introduced a tourist tax (eco-tax): - € 2,20 / person / night for the first 8 days. All subsequent days € 1.10 / person / night.
