Whatever brings you to Norman & OKC, this home offers a quiet respite while being close to all you need. 4 bedrooms, outdoor living, access to all Norman | OKC offers, we'd love to host you! They don't make homes like this anymore! This stately, elegant home flows nicely and has a lot of beautiful woodwork, soaring ceilings, and plenty of space to spread out. The well equipped kitchen opens to the dining area (with 2 dining tables) which is part of the main living area with wood fireplace. The spacious living area opens out to the spacious back patio, with views of the pool and patio. A half bath serves the common areas. A secondary living area provides another gathering spot, games, and it too opens to a patio in the back. All (4) bedrooms have direct access to a bathroom - 2 have their own private bathroom. The gracious primary suite w king bed has an ensuite with double sinks and separate tub and shower. Bedrooms (2) and (3) have a jack 'n jill bathroom between them. Bedroom 4 has its own ensuite bath and a loft area - the secondary living area is right off this bedroom. Outdoor, there is plenty of space to sit and enjoy. The pool and hot tub are seasonally available. Bbq anytime. A basketball hoop upfront offers an outlet for any pent up energy. Washer/drier, WIFI, and all the standard amenities of home are available to you. Guest have full use of the home, yard & pool. Some personal items stored in the garage. The quiet neighborhood has sidewalks throughout and has very little automobile traffic, which allows for peaceful walks. There is an additional small private patio off the second living area that is perfect for reading or cup of coffee while enjoying the fresh air. We allow guest privacy and at the same time if there are any questions or needs we are accessible by phone for any questions or maintenance needs. This is a NO Smoking home. The neighborhood is a family community. You will see people on the sidewalks walking their dogs. The home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac which minimizes traffric. It is a quiet area. Interstate 35 is very close, which affords quick access to Oklahoma City, 15-20 minutes, depending upon traffic and specific location. There are several popular eating espablishments very close for a relaxing evening.
