1 bedroom 1 bath entire house for two, with easy access to all the freeways (85, 87, 280 & 101). Smoking allowed outside only, 420 friendly. No Parties or gatherings please. We've been hosting this room/ bathroom and our entire home since 2018. This is our primary residence when we are not booked with an Airbnb booking. We offer a clean and peaceful environment for guests to enjoy. For a discounted rate we also offer this listing as shared housing. Ask for details. The space You'll have complete access to the entire living area, backyard, washer/dryer and more! Check out the perks! This room and bathroom are set up specifically for Airbnb guests. The large bedroom is 11’x11’, has a queen size bed and access to outside. Guests have dresser and closet space as well. The bathroom is next to the bedroom. Guest access In addition to the private room and bathroom, guests will have access to the family room, kitchen and backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices and all the amenities of being at home. Other things to note We may or may not be here to greet you and give you the keys. If we are, we'll show you around. We hope to make you feel at home. We have a self check in lock box as well. You may see 2 stray cats that hang out in our yard or the neighbors yard. We have bird feeders in the back and the wildlife has been abundant.
