The space Location is right next to PCC (Pasadena City College), conveniently located right off Colorado Blvd, right next to the Allen Station (Gold Line) perfect for going to Downtown Pasadena, Rose Bowl, 15 mins to downtown LA and Hollywood, 35 minutes from LAX. Guest access Shared lot with a back house, guests have access to spacious front lawn, driveway and carport. The house has plenty of room as it is over 3000 sq ft. Very roomy! Other things to note Pasadena STR Permit #: SRH2022-00351 The home only comes with 2 parking spots. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you will need to purchase a street parking permit online from the City of Pasadena. NOTE: For stays longer than 30 days, we provide a starter pack of essential supplies, including toiletries, paper products, and cleaning items. However, any additional supplies needed beyond this initial set will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase. FYI : There's a construction on the back side of the house but it's about 3 houses away. You might be able to hear from the back room, but not on the other rooms.
