We are nestled in the heart of Mi Wuk Village, just 2.5 hours from the San Francisco Bay Area. Parties or events not allowed The space Get ready to experience a truly one of a kind mountain rental with a huge commercial style kitchen, large dining area, plenty of entertainment for all ages, a large porch and 2 deck's, one for everyone to enjoy with adirondack chairs and a romantic private deck off the master bedroom, both with beautiful views of the trees. For those of you still needing to fulfill your TV needs, the downstairs living room is set up with a huge 80 inch screen, overhead HD projector and streaming TV including DirectTVNow, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Upstairs you can play video games or watch a DVD movie on the 52" HD TV in the 2nd living room or enjoy the peacefulness snuggled up on the couch with a good book. Board games and lot's of kids toy's are available for everyone. Upstairs has two full bathrooms, both with complimentary Pureology shampoo and conditioner. Downstairs has a large half bathroom with a private toilet room that allows others access to the sink. A large pantry attached to the kitchen is available for you to store your grocery items. The back kitchen wall houses a large seating area for those of you who prefer the kitchen as the gathering space. Overall, this property is very large with so many areas to gather which makes it perfect for families and gatherings. Many of our guests have expressed how delighted they are with never feeling cramped in any one space. Guest access 1st and 2nd floor. Other things to note Pets: A fee of $75 per day will be collected through Airbnb 3 days prior to check in. For last minute reservations, pet fee will be requested before checkout. Additional guests: A fee of $75 per day will be charged per occupant over the allowed 12 persons. Home can accommodate with additional roll away beds. Deep fryer: There is a one-time charge of $75 for deep cleaning should you choose to use. renter is responsible for supplying their own 5 gal oil as well as draining from the fryer and taking oil with them upon checkout. Oil left behind either in the fryer or container will result in an additional disposal fee of $50. Both fees’ will be invoiced through Airbnb's security deposit through the resolution center. Renters are responsible for damages and/or bodily harm that may occur. Owners are not held responsible. Parties/Events: House parties are not allowed.
