Escape from city life and come relax in Gods creation! Sit under the glass covered pergolas, we have one over the hot tub and one over the fire table. Popular for retreats and friend reunions! Sit by a warm fire inside or outside! You are surrounded by nature and mountains in a peaceful rural setting! Located just off Hwy #1, 15 minutes away from the town of Hope, and 20 minutes from Harrison Lake! The space This is an addition which is just over 1800 square ft. With 3 spacious bedrooms and a Hide-a-bed! Lots of privacy and space, your own parking which leads up to your entry door. Private yard area with covered glass pergola, fire table and an out door fire pit with lit pathway. Huge yard, plus newly installed 11ft long heated swim spa on a new glass covered deck with swing chairs. Easy access to our babbling creek where you can enjoy wildlife while picking blackberries (in season). (Propane is included with BBQ, fire table and wood is included with outdoor pit and indoor fireplace.) Prime and Sportsnet included! We live on the property with our 4 Cavalier King Charles Dogs. Guest access You will pull up to the second gate entrance, which we will have opened for you in advance. The parking is in the driveway on the right beside the garage which is close to your entrance. Maximum 4 cars. (If any vehicle is leaking oil-Do not park in our driveway, park on the street.) We like to greet all our guests and help you with any questions upon your arrival, however, we can be invisible too! Other things to note No Pets allowed. Thank you. We have the basics covered and even a bit more! Make sure you have groceries before you arrive, however, if you forgot anything there is a grocery store about a 15- minute drive away. We have tin foil, saran wrap, cooking spray, basic spices, Kuerig, coffee pods, rice maker, ice maker and more for your convenience. Wood for indoor and out door fires is included!
