The space Location: Situated in the heart of the Rye Entertainment Precinct, Sunryes Beach House provides the most convenient and relaxing base for exploring the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Bed Configurations: This air-conditioned holiday home features three sleeping areas and bedding for up to 11 with all linen & towels provided free of charge. We do apologize that we are unable to provide a Port-a-cot due to potential safety concerns. Sleeping area 1: Main Bedroom, 1x Queen bed – sleeps 2; Sleeping area 2: Bedroom 2, 1x Bunk bed with 1 single and 1 double – sleeps 3 with study area for WFH. Sleeping area 3: Play Room, 2x bunk bed with 1 single and 1 double – sleeps 6. Sitting areas: There are three sitting areas – the main living area is for the whole family to watch TV, the 2nd one is for youngsters to play and the 3rd one is in the dining area. Kitchen: The fully-equipped family kitchen contains a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, and microwave, as well as an espresso machine, rice cooker/high-pressure cooker, electric kettle, toaster, utensils, and crockery. Tea & coffee, are all supplied free of charge. A highchair can be arranged upon request. Bathroom & Toilet Configurations: 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and a toilet. There is a 3rd toilet near the Outdoor dining area for use during the summer. All towels and basic toiletries are provided free of charge. Guest needs to bring their own toothbrushes and combs for hygiene reasons. Highlights of Entertainment: Free internet/large TVs/soundbar/board & card games and massive backyard. Laundry: The washing machine is located in the 2nd bathroom. Laundry powder, iron & ironing board are provided free of charge. The dryer is located in the passage to the backyard. Less than a 2 min walk to the sandy Rye foreshore; 8 min drive away to the famous Peninsula Hot Springs; 12 min drive to Sorrento town center; 17 min drive to Point Nepean National Park Portsea; 7 min drive to The Cups Estate winery.
