Our beach home is just one block from the Ocean, a half mile from the Intracoastal Waterway and an hour's drive to theme parks. The layout is very bright and open giving you plenty of room. A fully stocked modern kitchen makes your stay easy to cook or grill outside if you wish. Enjoy the private fenced backyard that overlooks a sanctuary. Find beach chairs or a boogie board in the garage, or play bacci ball out on the back lawn. The house has everything you need for a home away from home. Surfers, rowers, kayakers, The entire home is accessible to you during your stay. I am easy to get a hold of on my cell phone. The house is close to all of the restaurants and shopping, but in a cute little quiet community across from the beach. There is a wonderful park less than a mile away situated the neighborhood: Gleason Park. The Closest beach is just a block away and less than a mile away is a great dog beach! You can get around Indian Harbour Beach by bike, but a car is most common way of transportation. There is also a local bus system. UBER can be a great way to get around as well. There's a lot to do while you are here: spot sea turtles on the beach, see dolphins and manatees, take a surfing lesson, or rent a paddle board or kayak. We are only 17 miles for the Space Coast Stadium and five minutes from the Intercostal Waterway. There is a neighborhood pool at Gleason Park just a mile and a half from the house tucked away in the neighborhood . The cost is $3 for children, $4 for adults and $3.50 for seniors.
