Welcome to a secluded 2,880 sq. ft. private log cabin on 2.5 acres, adjacent to Coconino National Forest, between downtown Flagstaff and Snowbowl. Perfect launching pad from which to explore northern AZ, hike locally, see wildlife or to just sit on the 300 degree deck and look at the mountains. For environmentally conscious couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). No more than 4 adults. No pets please. 10 minutes from historic downtown. Chains required in winter. The space 2- night minimums apply unless it is a 3 day holiday weekend (then 3 day min. please). This cabin borders national forest land on one side, a 10 acre parcel on one side, and two 2.5 acre parcels on the remaining sides...hence, a secluded log cabin in the woods experience, 3-stories, built into side of mountain. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen (plates, utensils, bbq, appliances, pots/pans, drinkware), paper products and linens/towels. Soaps provided (hand, dish, dishwasher, laundry). Bring your own DVD or borrow one of ours (blue ray player available). 6 people max please. No pets--sorry! Guest access You will have total run of the entire cabin and property. There is a locked closets in the basement (owners closet and utility closet). The garage is for owner use only. Other things to note Best not to rent this cabin in the winter if you don't have mountain snow driving experience (4 wheel drive and/or chains required for steep driveway). Snow plowing is provided.
