Cigarette butts must be properly disposed of in a water logged container & then in the trash. Only small dogs are allowed with an additional pet cleaning fee of $105.00 & $5.00 daily per dog. Dogs must be kenneled while owner is away from the home. Owner must clean up dog poo upon check out to avoid additional cleaning fee. Guest must follow check out procedures to avoid additional fees.
