Liability GMLS nor the property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The owner is not responsible for the loss of any belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. COMMUNITY/LEASING OFFICE. Guests will follow ALL community guidelines inside of the home or posted anywhere on the property.
