Comes w/a full kitchen, big living room to lounge in, private yard with relaxing country views. Next door to a vineyard & winery, 5 min to all amenities, including, Wild Waves, St Francis hosp., Walmart, and Costco. Nestled between Seatac Airport & Tacoma, 30 min from Seattle . Perfect for business travelers, traveling nurses, couples, or families. The space For easy access, your door code will be the last for digits of the phone number you signed up with. Guest access Entire downstairs unit with private entrance. living room, kitchen, laundry, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Space for 2 guest cars on the property, close to the entrance of the unit. Includes entire backyard. Other things to note In the event you book the unit for more than 7 days, we will need access to the unit for a few hours to use the laundry once a week. Also, there is a daybed in the living room w, sheets, and a pull-out trundle bed beneath it, w/ sheets as well. It can be a little tricky to use if not familiar, so please feel free to ask for assistance in setting it up.
