Upstairs has 2 more bedrooms and a wonderful loft with a sectional, smart TV, and WiFi for the kids. One bedroom upstairs is a suite with an attached bathroom while the other bedroom has a balcony with wonderful views of trees, the surrounding town, and those amazing sunsets Arizona is known for. The home has central Air Conditioning which is a rare find in this area. Oh.. and did we mention the tankless water heater supplying unlimited amounts of hot water? There is great winter access to the home on paved road maintained by the City of Williams. We have snow service provided for you during the winter months for getting in and out of the driveway. This home is on City Water and City Sewer. That is a huge plus in this area because many homes outside the city limits have a limited water supply due to the fact that they have haul water to the house. Only those required with written approval. We are happy to allow pets required by law. This home has A/C however in October ( Fall) when the outside temperatures drop, we winterize and have a nice wood burning stove instead!
