Beautiful home in Daniel Boone National Forest, surrounded by woods in gated Lake Cumberland Resort about 12 miles from Somerset, KY and just 1 mile to the boat ramp. Each of the 3 BR have their own full bath and TV. There are 2 living areas and full kitchen/eat-in. Home has a wrap around deck with a screen in rear porch. Free high speed Wi-Fi. Fire pit. 4 vehicles parking. ATV trails and 3 pools in the Resort. $100 cleaning fee. The space Great family home or adult getaway! Plenty of space in and out with fire pit and wrap around decks with screened in rear porch with sofa, TV and outdoor dining! 65” smart TV with sound bar and smart DVD player in the upstairs great room and smart TVs in every room also! Sleeping for 8: 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen), and a pull out sofa. We do allow pets but require a $50 non refundable fee. The property has tons of ATV trails and plenty to do: pools, hiking, tennis courts, swimming, boating... with a ramp just 1 mile away. Guest access Home is located in gated community with security, 3 pools and tennis court in the Lake Cumberland Resort and plenty of green spaces. Boat ramp within 1 mile in the Resort.
