Riverhouse with Deep Water Dock near Charleston

Come stay in our beautiful home in Meggett, S.C. Our deep water dock has beautiful views and a chance to swim, soak up the sun and take in the sunset. Our home is fully renovated inside. We are close enough to downtown Charleston, Kiawah island, Edisto and Mount Pleasant, but far enough to offer peace and quiet. The space The dock is such a peaceful place to hang out and watch dolphins swim by. The home is beautiful, bright and open. Kitchen is well-equipped, with brand new appliances. The property is spacious and scenic, with beautiful pecan and pear trees and a spectacular sunset view. 30 minutes to an hour away from locations in Charleston, Kiawah, West Ashley, Mount Pleasant, James Island, Folly beach, and Edisto island. Guest access The entire home is for use. Other things to note In addition, we have tried to make the house somewhat wheelchair/handicapped friendly with the addition of a zero entry shower and it is all on one story. Being that the house is out in the country, we are on a septic system and do have well water, but safe to drink. You will be about 30 minutes outside downtown Charleston, but it is very peaceful and a chance to see Charleston and be right on the water. We have a King bed with attached bathroom in the master, queen bed in bedroom 2, a triple bunk bed and twin bed in bedroom 3. Bathroom 2 is on a hallway. There is a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen area. Open kitchen with plenty of seating for meals, etc.
