Having a dock allows you to keep your water vessel there for the duration of stay. Bring Beach towels, floating toys to enjoy the canal. The space This a gated community on a cul da sac. People go there to socialize and have a good time. Patio wraps around house providing a large area to enjoy the sun or if you prefer shade. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, utencils, dishes and pots and pans. There's BBQ grill for guest to use during their stay. Please advise if propane tank runs empty. Guest access This a gated community, code for front gate and rules will be provided. Parking is only in carport and it cannot go beyond the white line. If you're bringing a large trailer there is a lot a few homes down from property. Its a first come first serve policy. Other things to note Please be advised if a guest brings any pet of any kind or smokes in the home the 1 thousand dollar deposit will be forfeited. Home will be fully inspected after guest departure for damages.
