Its perfect if you want to enjoy your stay like a localite and avoid the tourist traps. Our home is centrally located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to the Airport, World Famous Beaches, Golf Courses and just minutes away from Orlando Downtown, Premium Outlets Stores, Disney World, Universal, Sea World and other Orlando Theme Parks. The space Newly updated home features real hardwood floors that is a rare find these days. Ceramic tiles in all wet areas and free parking for upto 2 cars on-site. Guest will enjoy an immaculate, well-appointed home featuring a large Living Room, Eat-in Kitchen, 3 Spacious Bedrooms, 2 Updated Bathrooms, Private Entry and Free Parking for up to 2 cars on site. There are 2 residences on property, the front facing 3bed/2bath residence is for our valued guests and the rear residence is for us (the host). Recently renovated Kitchen and spacious Bathrooms. A newly installed Whirlpool Tub and Shower Combo in one of the bathrooms. It is equipped with 6 tub jets that deliver a gentle-to-vigorous massage, it brings spa-like luxury to your stay here with us. You can renew yourself and sooth away tension with the comforting effects of luxury whirlpools. The living room features ultra-comfy lounge leather sofa set with 4 recliners, 65” Samsung LED Smart TV powered by Roku, Netflix, Disney Plus, HBO Max and Sling. There is also a decorative fireplace. **Please note, fireplace is just for show and not to light fire** Master Suite features King Bed. Next to the Master Bedroom are other 2 oversized bedrooms with a Jack and Jill style bathroom that has a walk-in shower and lots of designer touches throughout. 2nd bedroom is even bigger than the master suite, it features a low profile King bed with foam mattress, stylish looking head-board and nightstands. The 3rd bedroom features a queen bed with two storage drawers in the footboard, and both shelf and drawer storage in the headboard. All bedrooms have closets for your clothing and luggage. The kitchen space was designed with a modern farmhouse style in mind and is fully equipped for basic kitchen needs! It features granite countertops, subway tiled backsplash, all stainless steel appliances - stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. All bedrooms feature conveniently located power outlets and usb ports next to the beds so guests can power and charge electronic devices. Guest access You will have full access to the private 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms(or private bedroom and private bathroom) Living room area, Mild use of kitchen, no heavy, oily/greasy cooking). There is one step at the front entry way. You must also acknowledge • Surveillance or recording devices on property exterior – surveillance or recording devices are located only in the outdoor areas of the property for Security as well as a guest count monitoring system to ensure honesty. Other things to note **The home sits on a busy street with constant traffic during normal traffic hours. Living room and one bedroom that face the road are exposed to road noise, Other 2 bedrooms are quiet. If you are overly sensitive to noise then this may not be the right place to book for you. We have found playing white noice or similar music drowns the noise. We have provided a Sleep-well sound machine in the 3rd bedroom.** Another thing to note is. The listing pictures depict accurately what our home offers our guests - Our home is a minimalist home with no additional amenities. This allows my guests to enjoy our home at a very budget friendly cost while still enjoying the expensive location with easy access to all prominent locations in and around Orlando. It's best suited for guests who don't need extra amenities. For example, the ones who are primarily here for either work or a trip packed with outside activities and need to get around town in the quickest manner. It's not equipped with amenities for guests looking to enjoy the indoors with family, cook meals or host get-togethers. Rest assured if your travel needs are minimal then you'll have a very comfortable stay. For guests booking for longer than 2 weeks, we require them to agree to a mandatory professional cleaning at-least once within each 14 day period. The fee will be same as the current cleaning fee and would be charged at time of reservation. Additional cleaning services can be accommodated upon request by the guests for the same fee each time. We require our guests to arrange their personal belongings in a tidy manner before the cleaning crew arrives and give the crew a 3-4 hour window of privacy to professionally clean the place. This requirement is also because of our fee arrangement with the cleaning crew with the understanding that the house will be cleaned by them at-least once every 14 days. Overly messy place will be subject to additional fees. We contract with licensed and insured crew only. Please use front entry door to enter and exit the house. Kitchen door is only for taking the trash out.
