The space The Bellini Haus showcases classic mid-century modern architecture with an open floor plan, featuring bedrooms thoughtfully situated on either side of the home for enhanced privacy. The living room features a beautiful Italian leather sectional with large celestial windows that flood the space with natural light. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your culinary adventures, including a coffee machine, toaster, juicer, popcorn maker and many other amenities ensuring your dinner parties are a success. Step outside to find a four burner Weber gas grill and ample seating on the patio, perfect for al fresco dining. We prioritize your comfort and rest, offering Hunter Douglas blackout blinds in all bedrooms for a peaceful night’s sleep. The stylish main suite, as well as guest bedroom 3 boasts views of the backyard and direct access to the pool area and jacuzzi, providing a serene retreat feel. In the living room, enjoy entertainment on a 65-inch smart Roku 4K TV, while two guest bedrooms are equipped with 43-inch Roku TVs. High-speed internet is available throughout the home to keep you connected. Experience the ultimate desert getaway at the Bellini Haus! WiFi: Recently added high speed, fiber optic cable with 1 GB of speed. Computer: there is a desk and computer for guests to use in the office. Firepits: There's two small propane tabletop firepits and one large copper fire pit for burning wood. Pool/Jacuzzi: Jacuzzi: The fee for heating the Jacuzzi is $50 a night with a two day minimum The Jacuzzi is set to a comfortable 102° Pool: The fee for heating the pool is $100 a night with a two-day minimum. We heat the pool to a comfortable 84° Please let us know when you book if you want to heat the pool so we can order the propane for your visit. Please Note: If you heat both, (Jacuzzi and pool) price drops to $135 a night. Washer and Dryer on premises. The cleaning crew takes their detergent so there may not be any on the premises. Please bring your own detergent, (liquid detergent only) Please note: The number of guests at the property must be equal to the number of guests on the reservation. maximum of 8 guests We do allow more than 6 guests however we charge $75 per night per person, maximum of 8 guests. Fifty-Six mid-century modern homes were built on the B-Bar-H Ranch land. He named the houses after cocktails: Manhattan, Cosmopolitan, Gibson, Brandy Alexander and the Bellini.
