There is a 3 beds/2 bath separated and very private part of the house with a private front door entrance and private backyard, suitable for a comfortable stay for up to 8 people. Spacious living room, kitchen with full-size refrigerator, shady outdoor sitting area, Wi-Fi, TV with Hulu and Netflix apps. All our bedrooms were supplied with brand new mattresses, "Children's" bedroom can work perfectly for tall adults because it has two Twin XL size beds. The space This is a private unit with a private front entrance and a private backyard area: - Separate, very welcoming living area and twin-size sofa bed (for additional guest). - Full kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc... With a family-size dining table. - 3 spacious bedrooms. The biggest one has a KING SIZE bed, the second one has a QUEEN SIZE bed, and the third one has two TWIN XL SIZE beds and a full-size futon (for additional guests). - TWO bathrooms. The unit is recently remodeled and upgraded and has a wonderful, fresh, cozy feeling. There are more units on the property, but all of them are totally separated from each other; they are well insulated, and all of them have their own private entrances. Sometimes you can hear them through the walls. It's normal. We provide all things our guests might need and do our best to make sure that everyone gets as much privacy as possible and that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay. No matter if you are traveling for business purposes or just exploring the area, we are sure you will be very satisfied with your stay. We do not provide any personal AC controller inside the unit. There is central AC for the The whole house is controlled online by the host; it is set up for 71°F (21.5°C) for summertime and 69°F (20.5°C) for wintertime. On the hottest days it might be a little bit higher because there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool when comparing temperature differences between inside and outside air.
