It really must be seen to be believed! Your space is a two-story townhouse which has been decorated with treasures I have collected over the years. The property is in walking distance to all the local restaurants, bars, The Palace Theater, live music venues, Black River Landing (a well-manicured, huge park), Lakeview Beach Park (a gorgeous sandy beach on Lake Erie), nature trails, festivals - you name it! We also have free, onsite parking reserved just for you! I live onsite so I'm always available if you should need anything. I do like to give guests space though so I'll probably just stay tucked away unless you need something. Lorain is a great little up and coming town with a bunch of restaurants, nice bars, adorable boutiques and of course, the Palace theater. We also have some truly great spots for nature lovers such as the lake, beach and parks. Being on Broadway in the downtown neighborhood, we are in walking distance to a variety of local restaurants, bars and shops. We are also walking distance from black river landing - a beautifully manicured and large local park, Lakeview beach - which is a gorgeous sandy public beach, fishing in the Black River, Oasis Marina, as well as various nature trails.
