With a comfortable 1500 sq ft of space, our cottage comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. Upstairs: The main level features a cozy living area with seating for six, a wood-burning fireplace, and a 50" 4K TV with a Roku for all your streaming needs. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make mealtime a breeze. This floor also has two bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Downstairs: The lower level is a private, separate space accessed by an outdoor staircase. It includes two more bedrooms and a full bathroom: Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: Custom-made bunk beds with a queen as the lower bunk. This floor also has a private entrance, a 43" 4K Smart TV, and a Wii game console for family fun. Neighbourhood Noise ordinance in effect at 10:00pm. - Unfortunately we do not allow pets - House fits 6 adults and 2 kids - No Smoking Inside the House Other Items: 1. There are only two steps to get into the house and access the main floor, living room, kitchen and two bedrooms (+two bathrooms). The additional two bedrooms including the children's bunk bedroom require walking down an exterior flight of stairs. The bunk bedroom is for children only, as the bunk beds are not designed to accommodate adults. 2. The driveway can only accommodate 3 cars maximum- 2 cars comfortably.
