Surrounded by the beautiful NM desert, the amazing view from our patio will not disappoint! This house has well appointed chef’s kitchen and is close to historic Santa Fe as well as skiing, hiking, National Parks, restaurants, and more! Many renters stay with us for art workshops offered in Santa Fe and find this home full of creative spaces to follow their artistic passions. The space The kitchen is nicely outfitted in case you choose to cook some of your own meals between visits to the authentic southwestern restaurants in historic Santa Fe. Appliances include an instant pot, crockpot, food processor, blender, coffee grinder, and more. The master bedroom has AC, a brand new king-sized bed, excellent bedding, a walk-in closet, and a private 3/4 bath. It also has a sliding glass door onto the patio. Across the hallway, you will find the second and third bedrooms - one with a queen and the other with two twins. The second full bath is conveniently situated for easy access for these two rooms and the living room. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms meld together to create a warm, comfortable place for your family and friends to reconnect with one another. The expansive, fenced-in, back yard has a large patio with outdoor dining and living space. It is facing the Ortiz & Sandia Mountains and Cerrillos Hills and provides a spectacular sunset almost every night. The two-car garage, laundry facilities, and gas grill is available for your use as well. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire home, yard, patio, and garage. There is one locked closet inside the house, for our cleaning supplies, and one locked shed beside the house, for our yard tools. Other things to note My husband and I are public school teachers in Santa Fe and we enjoy running this short term rental “on the side”. We live one mile away and are available (outside school hours) to assist our guests if anything needs attention during your stay.
