Keyless Entry & Check-In Enjoy a seamless check-in experience with our secure Schlage smart lock. Your custom entry code will be sent to you prior to arrival, and it is typically set to the last four digits of your phone number. When you arrive at the property, locate the main entry door, which sits directly to the right of the garage. How to Unlock the Door Open the exterior storm door to access the keypad. Enter your custom four-digit entry code on the lock face. Turn the deadbolt counterclockwise to unlock and open the main door. How to Lock the Door Close the door firmly behind you. Press the "Schlage" button at the top of the keypad. Turn the deadbolt clockwise to secure it. (Tip: You may need to pull the exterior door handle tightly toward you to align the latch and ensure the deadbolt turns smoothly).
