Quiet neighborhood, comfortable spacious home for 1 or up to 8 guests, ( in addition, sleeping for 1 infant & 1 toddler can be accommodated) near Downtown Yakima, Wine Country, Sport fields and freeways. Backyard is very private with a large covered patio. Requirement to sign a short term agreement with a list of guest names and acknowledgement of house rules may be needed before house access information is provided. There is 1666 sq ft, plenty of room to relax and visit. If you like to unpack, this is possible in this home. Back area is very private, the patio is covered. It is delightful to sit and visit or just read and listen to your surroundings, it is so quiet. (other than a few mowers at work or some birds chatting) The entire home is available for your use during your stay. Travelers are responsible for their own meals. I can be reached by phone, or call the back-up numbers in the binder. Family in the area in most cases are available if on-site attention is required. The neighborhood is very quiet. Many retired, some working people. So outside noise volume should be talking level between 9:00pm and 7:00am. There is no public transportation in the area. A vehicle is suggested as there are no restaurants or beverage locations within walking distance. Allergies? Note; Owners’ cat stays at the house on occasion. May through September, the sprinkler system is active. The start time for Station 1 of 6 may be between 5:00 am to 7:00 am. Each station runs for approximately 15 min each.
