STR #2793 Unique 3,400 square foot home furnished with beautiful art & plenty of space to relax. 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Master suite includes jetted tub, glass shower, coffee station, 55 inch TV, & private deck. Gourmet kitchen & gas grill. Formal dining room. Large fenced in yard with mature trees including a wood burning fire pit and hammock. Projection screen TV room with Dish TV and DVD library as well as 72 inch TV located in the main living room. Full laundry room. The space This rental includes FREE admission at Sand Dunes Recreation Hot Springs located 30 minutes north of Alamosa for up to 10 guests per day that you stay with us. Other things to note CHECK OUT TIME IS at 11am. Our cleaners arrive promptly at 11:15am to get the home ready for our next guest. If you haven’t departed by 11am, you will be charged a $25 fee. CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS Please make sure all instructions are followed when you check out. Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it. PETS Pets are allowed with a paid pet fee. If it is apparent that a pet has stayed in the home without advance notice and paid pet fee, a $500 fee will be charged. EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request for a $25 fee as long as scheduling allows. We can confirm each of these the afternoon before your arrival/departure. Please let us know as soon as possible so cleaning can be scheduled appropriately.
