Please inquire if your looking to use the location for a photo, video shoot which would be an additional fee. Parties and events only allowed with approval. Please also be up front if you intend to use for a retreat. The space This 3 story 4,545 sq ft, 6 bedroom, 9 bed, 4.5 bathroom farmhouse sits on 11+ acres with a beautiful view of a pond. 1st story - King en-suite w/ 3/4 bath, kitchen, dining area, family room, living room, half bath & complete wrap around deck w/ dining 2nd story - King en-suite w/ full bath, two separate Queen rooms, full hall bath, laundry, game room with TV + ping pong table (room for King blow up mattress) 3rd story - King Room + room for King blow up mattress, 3/4 hall bath, two double and single bedroom Guest access You would have access to anything on the property besides the closet under the stairs. Other things to note There are exterior cameras set up facing the driveway, yard and in the garage for home security purposes. These aren't monitored unless there is a neighbor compliant due to noise/parking. There are no interior cameras or audio being recorded. Our house is equipped with NoiseAware which is a product that measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads up. Rest assured that NoiseAware does not record content, it only measures noise levels so your privacy is 100% guaranteed. The “Ring” Doorbell will ring on our phones, so unless you’re expecting a guest, you can ignore any unexpected visitors. Please bring any packages inside should they arrive.
