While staying at the Stiling Farmhouse you will notice and appreciate each detail that was considered when converting this home into the perfect vacation rental destination. Enter the home with your private code and notice the well-cared-for paths and brightly lit entrance. On the main level of the home you`ll find the most charming kitchen with a breakfast nook, new appliances, and truly everything you need to prepare a meal of any caliber. Whether you are whipping up a simple bacon, eggs, and toast breakfast with tasty locally crafted mimosa, an elaborate holiday dinner paired with a unique rose from the valley, or a BBQ feast - may we suggest a pinot noir marinated steak with one of our renowned world-class pinot noirs - the options are endless and the home will accommodate all of your desires, even down to having the right glass for sipping on your preferred vino. The spacious living room with extremely comfortable seating for all and a large smart tv opens up into the formal dining area. A farmhouse table was a must with wood burning fireplace adjacent. Large picture doors open up to the deck with cozy patio seating overlooking the newly planted Stiling Vineyard. Start your mornings watching the horses frolic in the fields, the ducks waddling to the spring, and deer strolling by. Or finish the day with a glass of heavenly pinot noir with the ones you love watching the sun go down. Additionally, the main level features the stylish blue room with a queen bed with luxury linens. A large closet will leave you with plenty of space to settle in for your stay and enjoy the private entrance from your room to the bathroom with a shower-tub option, lots of counter space, a hair dryer, and lovely bathroom amenities. Did I mention the oversize, plush towels? This bathroom also offers a full-size washer and dryer available for your use. Moving upstairs, most people first ask, how did you get that king bed upstairs? Well, that`s our little secret! The upstairs has been fully remodeled including raised ceilings and the addition of a 3rd bath. With taller family members, the homeowners wanted to be comfortable, making this a great farmhouse to experience with more open living areas. The charming red room is very spacious even with its king bed. A custom headboard from the original shiplap of the farmhouse ties the old in with the new. This room is paired with the newly added romantic bathroom with a deep soaking tub overlooking the vineyards and farmlands. Across the hall is the final third bedroom with queen size bed. We call this the pottery barn room with all of its perfection. A private en-suite bathroom features a brand-new tiled shower. Before you head back downstairs you`ll notice a beautiful workspace should that happen to be required on your retreat to Oregon wine country. A beautifully landscaped exterior with winding paths to the second deck gives this home additional character and charm. Sneak away to the second deck with a good book for some quiet time while enjoying the panoramic views of the vineyards. With a location in the heart of the Eola-Amity Hills, you`ll find yourself within walking distance to Mystic Wines, and if motivated, hike up to Brooks Winery, the nice thing about this is it`s all downhill on the return home! Our team is committed to following all CDC and WHO guidelines regarding the use of PPE and Cleaning Equipment. Other things to note • Agreement to House Rules Required The primary guest must read and agree to the property's Terms & Conditions listed under “Things to Note - House Rules - Additional Rules” prior to booking. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all guests and help us care for the home and neighborhood. Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms. • Guest Count & Additional Fees We kindly count every heartbeat in the home as a guest—this includes infants and children of all ages. Our home is carefully maintained for comfort, safety, and appropriate occupancy. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests at the time of booking. A fee of $50 plus taxes and fees per additional guest per night will apply for any guests beyond the number originally booked. While Airbnb may not automatically include infants in guest counts, our house rules do require them to be included. • Mid-Stay Cleaning For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the cost of $280.00 plus taxes and fees. An additional cleaning will be scheduled for every 10 nights thereafter. Guests are responsible for these cleanings, which are due 30 days prior to arrival and billed after booking confirmation. This ensures the home stays fresh and well cared for throughout your stay. • Dog-Friendly (Dogs Only) We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs with a non-refundable fee of $100 plus taxes and fees per dog. Any dog added after the booking is confirmed will be managed through the resolutions center.. We kindly ask that pets remain off furniture and are not left unattended unless crated. • Other Pets: Dogs are the only pets permitted unless otherwise approved. If you would like to bring a cat, you must receive prior approval from both the homeowner and property manager. If approved, a $300 non-refundable fee plus taxes and fees will apply. • Pinot Car Wine Tours & Dinner Shuttle As part of your stay, we invite you to explore the Willamette Valley in comfort with Pinot Car Wine Tours, our sister company. Let us handle the driving so you can relax and enjoy the experience. • Quiet Residential Setting Stiling Vineyard Farmhouse is located on a peaceful shared driveway and is best suited for relaxed stays. Out of respect for neighbors and the home’s historic charm, we do not allow parties or events.
