The Guests shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Renters shall immediately vacate the premises, Quiet hours start at 10 PM and outdoor noise should be kept at a minimum. - Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Should Guest violate either rule, Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. A $500 environment cleaning fee will be assessed should the Guest chooses to smoke inside the house. - The guest shall use the Villa for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden. - The Villa may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions, of product and service. - All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered. The amount of occupants in the Villa is constantly monitored by our exterior cameras. - We DO the inventory after each check-out to control if there are broken and/or missing components of the Villa.
