Owner’s detached house is a historic 1928 bungalow, listed on the National Historic Preservation Registry. The craftsman style carriage house is self check-in with ample storage, washer/dryer, 3 closets, loveseat, queen bed, work desk, full kitchen, and shower/tub. The apartment is on the second story of the carriage house above the garage. The space is carefully cleaned by the owner using only natural cleaning supplies made with Doterra essential oils. Guest access The code for the keyless entry will be messaged to you. You'll have private access to the upstairs studio apartment, and sole use of the washer and dryer in the garage itself. (We may enter the garage to grab a tool).
