There are no immediate neighbors on any side of the property. Very well kept house with plenty to do during your time in Durant Oklahoma. We are less than a half mile to the Choctaw Casino in Durant. You can drive, walk if you had to, bike or I believe Durant has Uber, which should be very cheap considering the location to the casino. The property has a private rail crossing that you will have to cross. Look both ways before crossing. Train must sound horn every time upon approaching the crossing.
