Welcome to the Nenner family vacation home in Plauen. Our vacation home is a modern and spacious house in the heart of Germany - with space for up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and double washbasin, 1 toilet with washing facilities and a large living, dining and cooking area with fireplace. In the fenced property there are 4 car parking spaces, of which 2 are covered. The space The spacious living and dining area is the heart of our vacation home. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to experiment with culinary delights, while relaxing on the cozy sofa. Whether it's a fireplace or game night, no one will get bored here. The large dining table can even accommodate up to 8 people. From the dining area you can reach the partially covered terrace in the garden and the sauna. PRIMARY BEDROOM Our master bedroom offers you enough space to unwind after a busy day. The double bed has a size of 1.80 × 2 m. It is possible to set up a crib. The windows are on the quiet side of the street and pleated blinds darken them. 2nd BEDROOM Via the spiral staircase you reach the 2nd bedroom in the attic. It has a 1.80 x 2 m box spring bed. The room is located on the quiet side of the street and has a balcony door with a blackout curtain. BATHROOM/TOILET The main bathroom is bright and modernly equipped. With a double vanity, walk-in shower and partial underfloor heating, you are well taken care of. Enough storage space and storage options complement the functionality. Towels, a filled soap dispenser, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer are ready for you. The smaller toilet is equipped with a sink, mirror cabinet and a small storage space. If you pull in your stomach, you can even get ready quickly here early. 3. BEDROOM/CHILDREN'S ROOM In the 3rd bedroom there are 2 single beds with a size of 90x2 m. The two beds can be assembled into a double bed. The room is on the garden side and has a balcony door with a blackout curtain. It is also located in the attic.
