Blanco Valley Lodge is a recently completed hill country home that comfortably sleeps 30. Our spectacular views, open floor plan, & peaceful stretch of the Blanco River, offer large groups a fun, safe & relaxing place to gather and entertain in a stress-free way. Ideal for reunions, vacations, holidays, retreats, workshops & small conference. The gated property is on 9 acres and includes a 6,000-sq ft home, 1,100 sq ft guest house, 4,700 sq ft of outdoor decking with pool, hot tub, & firepit. The space Just one hour from Austin and San Antonio airports, BVL is easy to get to. Many guests arrive, and do not leave the property until departure. But for those interested, the property is 30 minutes from Wimberley, Dripping Springs, Spring Branch, and 1 hour from Fredericksburg, Gruene, New Braunfels, and many other charming Texas destinations. Wonderful golf courses, wineries, restaurants, and a handful of other outdoor adventures are nearby. Guest access Guests activities include walking right into the Blanco River, swimming in the pool, gathering around a movie or big sporting event, playing pool, ping pong, foosball, shuffle board, or card and board games. BVL is a great place to escape the distractions of daily routine and focus on your family, enjoy time with friends, or collaborate on a project, commit to a mission, or complete a workshop for your particular group or small business. Other things to note BVL has great indoor and outdoor dining options both with incredible river views. Our indoor dining space comfortably seats 32 adults with space for additional seating, movement, catered meals, or for presentations and demonstrations. Our kitchen has plenty of counter space for prepping as well as bar space for socializing. All amenities were purchased in 2017 and include a commercial ice maker and fridge, 4 ovens, large island, oversized pantries, dinner, drink, and silverware for 40, multiple Keurig’s and coffee pots and numerous large serving platters.
