There's an additional stroller for a baby, games, beach chairs, and ping-pong in the garage. Our single-level home has bunkbeds that may not be suitable for young children. Please note we don't have cordless blinds or child-proof outlet protectors, or a beach umbrella. Parking is limited to 2 cars. 3 parking spaces are available in the driveway only. No parking in the garage or on the street. Cars may be towed if parked on the street according to Kiwanda Shores HOA. Owner is available to answer any questions that may come up. Extra towels, blankets, and fans are available in the closets. Two Blocks to the beach, and close to everything! A 1/2 a mile away you'll find the Pelican Pub, coffee shops, and many restaurants. Surfing, kayaking, hiking, and horseback riding, are all available. Enjoy easy access to Cape Kiwanda, Bob Straub Park, and the Nestucca River. What a fabulous find! Walking paths are found in Shorepine Village that connect to the restaurants and our development. Please note our house is not ADA compliant, and does have a couple steps to enter and exit and the bathroom is not wheel-chair accessible. The amenities are just a 3 minute drive away. No smoking, drugs, or vaping. We have outdoor security cameras, and an alarm system.
