Located in an idyllic mountain village, with an outdoor area and barbecue to enjoy a few dreamy days, in a privileged enclave, in the middle of the Natural Park "Las Ubiñas La Mesa" "Biosphere Reserve", ideal to escape from the world. A quiet, fairy-tale village, away from noise and cars, where you can breathe fresh air and enjoy unparalleled views that serve as a starting point for the many varied tours and activities in the area. The space La Congosta is a traditional rural house for rent as a whole, located in Villa de Sub, a small mountain village in Teverga, within the Las Ubiñas-La Mesa Natural Park. It is a cozy and quiet accommodation, ideal for disconnecting, enjoying nature and spending a few days in peace in an authentic rural setting. The house is spread over two floors. Downstairs you will find a spacious and cozy living room/kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace, an equipped kitchen, basic kitchenware, appliances and a 40" TV. On the top floor is the master bedroom, a small living room with a sofa bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a private Jacuzzi for relaxing at the end of the day. Outside, you can enjoy a barbecue grill, table, and wooden benches. In addition, in front of the house there is a small recreational area with swings, a ping-pong table, a picnic area and another barbecue, ideal if you are traveling with children or want to spend time outdoors. The area is perfect for hiking, cycling the Senda del Oso, visiting Cueva Huerta, the Prehistoria Park, the Xanas Gorge, the Puerto de Marabio, the Puerto de San Lorenzo or the Hayedo de Montegrande and the Xiblu Waterfall. You can also enjoy Asturian cuisine at nearby restaurants and cider houses. Pets allowed upon prior request, with a surcharge per stay. A quiet retreat in the mountains to rest, breathe fresh air and discover Asturias at a different pace. Guest access In the outdoor area we will find a private porch table and wooden benches. Enjoy our barbecues We offer two communal barbecues equipped with a wooden table and benches, shared between the La Congosta and Montegrande houses. This ensures that there is always one available for use so that you do not miss out on enjoying a delicious meal outdoors. Barbecue near the houses: Ideal if you prefer the convenience of having it within walking distance. Barbecue with spectacular views: Just 50 meters away, at the end of our street, you will enjoy wonderful views while cooking outdoors. Choose the one you like best and enjoy an unforgettable moment in the heart of nature! Recreational Area in Villa de Sub A few meters from the house, you will find an ideal outdoor space to enjoy nature to the fullest. This corner has: Swings for the little ones (and not so little ones). Ping-pong table for fun games with family or friends. Barbecue equipped with grill, perfect for outdoor cooking. Free-use wooden tables and benches for eating, relaxing, or simply enjoying the surroundings. It's the perfect place to cook outdoors, read quietly, or just relax while listening to the birds sing. At night, you can see an impressive starry sky, and during the day, enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets. A unique space with dreamlike views to share with family or friends, disconnect from the routine and create unforgettable moments. Important details: Tap water is potable. Firewood for the fireplace and charcoal for the barbecue are not included. Pets are allowed, but we ask that you ask in advance. There is an additional charge of €15 per pet per stay. We also offer a basket of firewood for an extra €8, although you are allowed to bring your own firewood. Bag of charcoal €7. Other things to note You will find the house clean and tidy upon arrival and it is expected that upon departure it will be in acceptable condition. All persons over 16 years of age must present their ID. We only ask one thing: be happy and above all enjoy every corner you discover.
