Spread over two floors, in the upper there is a room and a living room with a small sofa bed and full bathroom with shower, private jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room-kitchen with a fully equipped fireplace with basic utensils and appliances and 40"flat TV. A highly recommended choice. Enjoy Our Barbacoas We offer two commonly used barbecues equipped with table and wooden benches, shared between the La Congosta and Montegrande houses. This ensures that one is always available for use so you won't be left without being able to enjoy a delicious meal outdoors. Barbecue close to houses: Ideal if you prefer the convenience of having it within walking distance. BBQ with spectacular views: Just 50 meters away at the end of our street, you will enjoy wonderful views as you cook outdoors. Choose the one you like the most and enjoy an unforgettable moment in the middle of nature! Recreational Area in Villa de Sub A few meters from the house, you will find an ideal outdoor space to enjoy nature to the fullest. This corner has: Swings for the little ones (and not so small). Ping-pong table for fun games with family or friends. BBQ equipped with grill , perfect for outdoor cooking. Free use wooden tables and benches to eat, relax or just enjoy the environment. It's the perfect place to cook outdoors, read quietly, or just relax while listening to the birdsong. At night, you can watch a stunning starry sky, and during the day, enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
